I personally wish I had this book 20 plus years ago! But I am glad I have access to one now. When reviewing complex risk scenarios, with growing regulatory and cross border claims and investigations, this book is a great resource for reminding us of the various laws, criminal and civil, which directors may find themselves at the behest of and if their companies are permitted to indemnify them. As an underwriter this is a valuable part of our thought process when assessing risk.
